  • Fix stream URL: use channel number with /stream/channels/{n}.m3u8
  • Fix guide endpoint: /api/guide/channels?dateFrom=...&dateTo=...
  • Proxy /stream/ in Vite and nginx for HLS segment delivery
  • Remove .js duplicates that were shadowing all .tsx changes
  • Redesign cards: full-bleed portrait, channel/name at top, episode info at bottom only when available
  • Outfit + DM Mono fonts, neon cyan design system
  • HLS buffer tuning via onProviderChange (maxBufferLength, liveSyncDurationCount)
  • Rebuilt CI workflow: clean tag computation, linux/amd64, no metadata-action dep
