  • Replace the two-step (drop and click Upload) flow with a self-contained drop zone that morphs through idle → uploading → success | error states.
  • File is uploaded automatically on drop or browse-pick; no Upload button.
  • The success state shows the URL with click-to-copy and an "Upload another" reset.
  • Error state shows inline with a click-to-retry hint.
  • Result and error panels below the zone are removed.
