- Remove auth from serve_upload so shared entries with images render
  correctly for unauthenticated visitors on Android browsers
- Fix webmanifest path in base.html (was 404)
- Move Share button to header nav on mobile portrait; hide from toolbar
- Add slide-up calendar sheet on mobile date tap
- Replace locale toggle link with a flag select (🇬🇧/🇪🇸); fix mobile
  visibility (was hidden by nav a { display: none })
