feat: build and publish arm64 images to Forgejo and GHCR ... 1dd20dc25c

Add QEMU emulation to the release workflow so Docker Buildx can produce
a multi-platform manifest (linux/amd64 + linux/arm64) from the existing
amd64 runner. Publish the manifest to both the Forgejo registry and GHCR
so Raspberry Pi users can pull without authentication.

Update README to document both registries and note arm64 support.
