fix: backdate seed_user and add e2e age gate test for new accounts ... 9dc9ec2bca

seed_user fixtures in both e2e conftest files now backdate created_at
to 8 days ago so share-related tests pass the 7-day age gate. Adds
test_share_blocked_for_new_account to cover the 403 path for fresh accounts.
